The children especially loved it. Planning was smooth. We were met by the tour coordinator in Stone Town, introduced to our Tour Guide for the day, who spoke perfect English and was really fun & knowledgeable, then we met the captain of the boat (which was called Mr Bean! Brilliant!!). We chose our snorkelling equipment. Off to Bawe Island – the coral and the fish were amazing. Snacks & drinks were all included. Prison Island was unbelievable with the 300 giant tortoises. The kids were spell bound and loved feeding them. We arrived back just after lunch. Thank you Busara Tours, you are all so friendly, efficient and you all ROCK!

The Tour on… read more the life of women in stone town gave us not only nice to know details on family life, But also lots of Insight in local food, art, culture and habits. And great that Busara Tours also trains local women as Tour guides (Fatima was excellent), so that they are financially independent in taking care of their family. We also enjoyed the Spice Tour, no tourist trap, but a real garden/forest with spices and herbs. And we had a TOP day with Safari Blue (sailing boat, snorkeling, Bbq, dolphin spotting), the team makes you feel very welcome. We have our wish list for next year ready Busara Tours! The architecture tours and the cooking Tour please! We will definately Book with you again!
